My recipes are intended to inspire you to "cook yourself and be creative". Therefore, they are non-binding and there are often several options for modifying them. The sauces or side dishes are interchangeable and are intended to help you build a healthy repertoire. They are mostly gluten-free and vegan, as this already provides a good basis for better health.
